Summary:
Ready to maximize your time in the sunshine state? We’ve got just the place! Welcome to Breezy Day at Bahama Bay, a cozy condominium with dozens of resort amenities and easy access to all Orlando theme parks. This condo is in the building closest to the Bahama Bay Resort lake, pier, beach, and pool/hot tubs! The splashpad, shuffleboard, and tennis courts are just 1 minute up the street.
The Space:
The living room is furnished with a TV and ample seating with one couch doubling as a sofa sleeper if needed. Here, guests have access to the outside balcony with a protective screen and patio furniture - a soothing space to enjoy a morning brew or evening drinks and hors d'oeuvres.
Back inside, the kitchen is well equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and everything you may need to whip up a delicious meal from home. The eat-in kitchen via the extended counter has barstool seating for a casual bite or steps away, a dining table for 6 is ideal for formal group dining.
The home sleeps up to 7 guests comfortably between 3 private bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. Each room is fully furnished and offers crisp linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.
Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a queen bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and TV.
Bedroom #3 has 2 twin size beds and a TV.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- This home is a second story unit accessible by stairs only.
- There is an additional shared bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- Parking is provided.
- In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity in the community.
- Due to the high incidence of theft and damage, we do not provide wash cloths for bathing. If you need wash cloths, you will want to bring your own. However, bath towels and hand towels are provided.
Guests have access to all outdoor resort amenities including pools, hot tubs, beach area, pier, and recreational courts.
Access to the clubhouse building and all indoor amenities (including fitness center, business center, and front desk services) is NOT included.
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hours requested. This home is located in Bahama Bay Resort, a prime location with all the major theme parks being a quick drive away; Walt Disney World (7.6 miles), Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge (10.4 miles), Universal Studios (20.5 miles), Wizarding World of Harry Potter (22.1 miles), and SeaWorld (16.7 miles). Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 7.5 miles away.
Getting Around:
It’s easy to be active around the property with community heated pools, hot tubs, bocce ball, playground, splash pad, and tennis courts. Steps away on the sandy shore of Lake Davenport you can lounge on the beach, play a game of volleyball, dine alfresco, and go fishing off the docks. There is something for everyone to enjoy!

We loved everything about this property! It was even better than the photos! The proximity to the pool and restaurant was amazing! We stayed here for our Disney trip and loved how quiet thr community was! It was a super easy drive to the parks each day! We cannot wait to come stay again!

Stayed here for 11 days with my family. No complaints about the unit itself. There was enough starter essentials to get us through until we could get to a grocery store. That was a nice surprise when we got in quite late.,The people upstairs were crazy loud until past midnight and then at 5 am every day. Sounded like stomping with shoes on, not the best way to wake up at 5 am that’s for sure.
The building location is the best one on the grounds hands down. The restaurant food is great, lots of options and friendly staff, really good prices. The cost to rent the unit for 11 days was very reasonable. It’s a bit dated and weathered but clean and you can’t beat the price. Already looking at booking my next stay here in November!
