Scenic Old Lake Davenport is only a stone’s throw away where you can lounge on the beach, play volleyball, dine al fresco, rent a watercraft, or go fishing. For dining, let someone else do the cooking for a change and walk next door to the Tradewinds Restaurant and Bar, afterwards take a leisurely stroll to admire the native flora and fauna along the walking trails right behind the home.
Ideal for families, this condo supplies everything you need for a stress-free getaway including a pack n’ play, highchair, stroller, and iron with ironing board. Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV.
The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for up to 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.
• This is a ground level unit with easy access.
• Due to the high incidence of theft and damage, we do not provide wash cloths for bathing. If you need wash cloths, you will want to bring your own. However, bath towels and hand towels are provided.

The condo was nice and clean, well equipped with whatever you would need in the kitchen. This is one of the best condos we have stayed in. We would definitely stay in this condo again.The host responded quickly, checking in was great just putting in a code.

Very happy with the unit we rented, and liked the fact that we were two buildings away from the bar/restaurant and beach area. The unit was as pictured and provided everything we needed. Really enjoyed the outside nature trail, and all the property amenities.

Beautiful apartment. Lots of great facilities particularly in the kitchen. Proper kettle, air fryer and coffee machine to name but a few.Outside area small so not ideal if you like sitting out during your vacation. Did not receive the door entry code prior to arrival and safe did not work which were the only negatives. Noisy upstairs neighbours unfortunately which the hosts can't really control.Very pleasant 16 night stay overall
