With an onsite game room, fitness center, and sports facilities like tennis and basketball courts, there's never a shortage of activities for every age group. The resort also features a fantastic playground where kids can burn off energy, and the castle-themed clubhouse hosts movie nights, providing entertainment for the whole family. Bedroom #1 immerses you in a classic Mickey adventure, including a twin-over-full bunk bed and a smart TV.
The force is with you in bedroom #2, inclusive of a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single granite vanity and glass walk-in shower.
The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom that will transport you under the sea, with a single granite vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for 3 vehicles. Passes are required and will be provided upon check-in.
• Guests are required to submit a guest list including all members of their party aged 2 years old or older.
• The clubhouse pool will be closed for resurfacing for the entire month of September 2024. Unfortunately, guests will not be able to use the pool for this month.
- Due to the high incidence of theft and damage, we do not provide wash cloths for bathing. If you need wash cloths, you will want to bring your own. However, bath towels and hand towels are provided.

We enjoyed our stay. This unit is within Windsor Hills gated community which is very nice. Our family has stayed in this neighborhood many times. We love the pool and waterslides. And the little grill/store, at which we got some drinks.The unit itself is on the second floor ( elevator and stairs). Accessing the condo with door code was easy-clear directions and code upon check-in date. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen is well socked. The pillows are better than most. Having the screened-in balcony was very enjoyable. The decor was just as pictured. Very cute.Our only trouble was checking in. There was a communication breakdown between the community and the owner:we weren’t on the guest list so we had to get in the check-in line each time we approached the property which at times was very long and we couldn’t use the amenities until we were “guests”. The Windsor Hills people eventually reached the owners/managing company and all was set straight. The rest of the stay was problem free. We had a wonderful time here.

Host wasn’t very helpful at helping us extend our stay and wasn’t responsive at all when we were told we were on the HOA check in list and weren’t allowed on the property.

Overall stay was good. Property is in need of some repairs. The floor boards are coming up throughout the unit and the vanity in the master is broken. Otherwise the unit was clean and the guard gate was easy to manage and normally quiet. The apartment is close to Disney and easy to find. The sheets in the master were wet from the washing machine when we arrived and there

Good value for the cost. Unit could use a good maintenance update; fix the drywall anchors holding the curtains in main room for example. When we arrived at the property we were told we were not on the property list to be stay there. 4 hours on the slower response texting line it was finally resolved. At least after 1 hour we were at least able to get into the unit.
