The Resort
Windsor Hills Resort is a 24-hour secured gated community located less than 2 miles from the Main Gates of Walt Disney World. It offers safe and peaceful, luxurious accommodations with all the amenities you would expect from a five star resort, but without the resort fees.
The Clubhouse Complex offers a large lagoon style heated swimming pool, a multi-million dollar water park featuring dueling water slides and large splash zones, hot tub, 48 seat movie theater, fitness center, Foosball, air hockey, table tennis, pool tables, video arcade, sundry shop (convenience store) and video rentals. The outdoor activities include basketball, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, a putting green, castle themed playground and even RV parking.

Our stay at April’s condo in Kissimmee was absolutely wonderful. The space was immaculate, bright, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for the perfect Orlando vacation. From the moment we arrived, it felt comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared for our arrival.One of the standout parts of the experience was April herself. Her responsiveness and communication were exceptional from start to finish. She was quick to answer questions, helpful with recommendations, and made the entire process seamless and stress-free.If you’re looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-equipped place to stay near Orlando, I would highly recommend April’s condo. We would absolutely stay here again!

The stay was wonderful from start to finish. The home was exactly as described—beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. You can tell a lot of thought went into making guests feel comfortable, from the thoughtful touches throughout the home to the well-stocked amenities. Everything was clearly labeled and organized, which made settling in so easy and stress-free. The location was also great and convenient for exploring the area. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this home to others!

Really enjoyed our stay. The unit was just as described - very clean, well equipped and organized, beds were very comfortable and we were so grateful to find the basket of fuzzy blankets for movie watching on the sofa. April was easy to communicate with and truly thought of everything a guest may need for their stay.

Great place to stay with the family...30 minutes or less from all the Park Activities, or just rest at the VRBO..Great activities there as well!
