About this house rental
Cocoonr offers this 95 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool for rent in Carcès, which sleeps up to 6 people. It comprises a 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 1,100 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, espresso machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds and a cot
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, air conditioning (living room, hall and bedrooms).
Outside :
- A swimming pool (private, unheated) measuring 10m x 5m, open from 1 May to 30 September.
- A lovely private, fenced garden of 1,100 m².
- A 60 m² south-east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- A 12 m² south-west-facing raised terrace with furniture
- A petanque court
The house is ideally located in Carcès, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Public transport :

- Nearest airport: Marseille-Provence, 1 hour 10 minutes' drive away
