Living area: 160 square meters, bright and modern design.
Rooms: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 separate restrooms.

Outdoor area: Large garden with a grill for cozy evenings.

The villa is ideally located in the heart of Provence Verte (124 Chemin du Cade, 83570 Carcès):
• Groceries: Just a 5-minute walk to the supermarket.
• Village life: A 15-minute walk takes you to the center of Carcès with its traditional market.
• Excursions: The perfect starting point for the Gorges du Verdon, the Côte d’Azur, or hikes that begin right at the house.
Rates & Terms

• High Season (July / August): 1,500 € / week (2,800 € for 2 weeks)
• Mid-Season (June / September): 1,200 € / week (2,200 € for 2 weeks)
• Low Season (October – May): €900 per week (€1,500 for 2 weeks)
Additional booking information:
• Final cleaning: Already included in all prices.
• Security deposit: €500 (refunded upon proper return of the property).
• Visitor’s tax: Plus 1.31 € per adult per night.
• Linens service: Towels and bed linens can be booked as an add-on for 7.50 € per person, if needed.
• Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our accommodation.
