This beautifully furnished cottage is located directly on the Pacific Ocean immediately across the street from Heisler Park. The renowned park offers winding paths, beautiful flowers, crashing waves and some of the best sunsets to be found. The cottage is just steps from Main Beach, the quaint shops, restaurants and art galleries in the village, the famous tide pools and multiple coves that are perfect for reading, relaxing, swimming or just enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. This home offers privacy and tranquility while being refreshingly convenient to the beach, farmers market, galleries, shops and restaurants.
The 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom home is cozy at ~600 square feet. Breathtaking ocean and courtyard views can be found from the kitchen and living room and the home opens to a quaint patio that is wonderful for morning coffee and evening sunsets. One garage parking space is included and Laguna’s free open air trolley stop is less than a block away so no car is necessary.
