About this house rental
Our Cottage is in the city limits of Hot Springs and 1 mile to the main part of town. It is perched on a bluff overlooking the French Broad River Valley. The interior furnishings are cozy and comfortable with central HVAC and a gas fireplace with a remote. Large spa/hot tub, come soak under the stars! 3 1/2 miles down River Rd. is National Forest land with a park on the French Broad with 2 fishing piers, pic-nic and grilling area and pavilion. Our home is well stocked for your comfort with comfortable beds, nice linens, TV, Wi-Fi, a gas fireplace, charcoal grill, and a lovely porch to sit and take in the view. Roast marshmallows around the fire pit. It's located in a perfect spot that close to the center of Hot Springs, but far enough away to enjoy getting back to nature.

Had an amazing time and experience! The town of Hot Springs was very fun and gave the “small town vibe”. The House was very cozy and loved having a grill to cook on, along with the hot tub to relax in. I definitely would recommend to anyone and would go back in a heartbeat!

Great place to stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great, comfortable spot in a recovering community after Hurricane Helene. We loved the town and the locals as well and can't wait to come back!

The cottage is really nice. The hot tub was wonderful. The view from the front porch is great. Highly recommend.
