About this house rental
Our Cottage is in the city limits of Hot Springs and 1 mile to the main part of town. It is perched on a bluff overlooking the French Broad River Valley. The interior furnishings are cozy and comfortable with central HVAC and a gas fireplace with a remote. Large spa/hot tub, come soak under the stars! 3 1/2 miles down River Rd. is National Forest land with a park on the French Broad with 2 fishing piers, pic-nic and grilling area and pavilion. Our home is well stocked for your comfort with comfortable beds, nice linens, TV, Wi-Fi, a gas fireplace, charcoal grill, and a lovely porch to sit and take in the view. Roast marshmallows around the fire pit. It's located in a perfect spot that close to the center of Hot Springs, but far enough away to enjoy getting back to nature.

We loved staying here! it was the perfect spot to relax after hiking and exploring. The house was impeccably clean and well appointed- we had everything we needed. We loved the hot tub and the convenience of the laundry. We will be back! Hot Springs Strong!
