*Casaniva is near Downtown Ft. Myers, a two-minute drive to restaurants, shops, marina, mall, and Edison Country Club. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. With all the conveniences nearby we think you'll rather want to stay-in and enjoy the gourmet kitchen, beautiful private pool and just relax in this cozy house. The home is on a lovely corner lot in a quiet neighborhood and offers a private retreat with peaceful, tropical-villa, vacation vibes.
The space
Casaniva is a modernized "Old-Florida Style" casita, available as Mid-Term Rental. This two-story, solid brick house, was originally built in 1926 and has since been restored and updated with modern conveniences.
The home can accommodate up to 6 guests: (2-Queen Beds & 2-Twin Beds). It has 3-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms, with the primary suite being upstairs; a gourmet kitchen, a stunning pool deck just off the main house, a second courtyard lounge area outback, a fire place in the living room, and Spanish-tiled front porch sitting area at the main entrance. Each space in the home has been carefully curated to feel cozy, and the décor leans into it's classic Spanish-villa style.
The private exterior areas are surround by lush greenery and are well maintained year-round. This historic property is a true gem and your family will love spending time here.
You don't want miss the "Golden-Hour" photo ops at this house!
Guest access
FULL ACCESS
(1) Guests will have full access to the entire home including the laundry room.
(2) Guests should park the main driveway (2 Cars).
Free street parking is also allowed in one direction only.
(3)The primary suite is located upstairs.
NO ACCESS:
(1) This historic home is not wheelchair accessible.
(2) Guests will not have access to the locked garage/cabana.
(3) Guests should not park in the utility driveway at the back of the house.
(4) Guests should not access the onsite generator nor the outdoor propane tanks.
(5) Guests should not tamper with the submersible pump, strategically placed to drain excess rain water.
Other things to note
Our home is located 2 blocks away from the Edison & Ford Winter Estates, and we are a 2min drive into downtown area.
Pool Service - Mondays & Thursdays;
Trash Collection - Fridays;
Lawn Service - Saturdays;
Intermittent Cleaning Service available and recommended every 2 weeks during a 30+ day stay, for an additional fee.
