Loved the location and property itself for a first-time stay in Fort Myers and at the West End at City Walk.
Not sure if this is a reflection of The Landing or Booking.com, but the communication from the property host went from timely and helpful (sending location and access info.) to non-existent overnight. Multiple messages over the four day stay to obtain the Wi-Fi or inquire about other amenities advertised about the listing went unread and un-responded to both the property host and through the Landing/Booking.com app. What was intended to be a working trip instead turned into a long weekend of poor to no-communication from our property host unfortunately.
