The Domizil zum Lerchengrund 01 vacation rental is located in a quiet, nature-rich setting in the idyllic Baltic Sea resort town of Ückeritz on the island of Usedom, nestled between the coastal forest and the sea. You’re just about 950 meters from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and the charming promenade, which invites you to stroll and relax. This high-quality, fully equipped vacation rental on the first floor of a modern building offers 66 m² of living space—the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation for up to four people.
The open-concept kitchen-living area is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: an oven, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a Senseo Switch for your morning coffee. The light-filled living area invites you to relax with a spacious 55-inch flat-screen TV—which also supports Amazon Prime and Netflix (with your own account)—as well as cozy furnishings and tasteful décor. From here, you have direct access to the sunny southwest-facing terrace with lounge chairs, seating, and a small garden area—ideal for breakfast or relaxing on warm days. An awning provides additional sun protection and comfort.
The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a spacious closet, and a 44-inch TV. Light colors and tasteful design create a soothing oasis of tranquility here. The second bedroom features a high-quality sleeper sofa with a sleeping surface measuring 1.40 m x 2.00 m, another closet, and a 32-inch TV. This room can also be flexibly used as a home office or children’s room and can be darkened as well.
