The 50-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor and offers step-free access from the parking lot to the apartment and onto the sunny southwest-facing terrace, where comfortable seating, a parasol, and a small garden area invite you to linger. The open-concept living area, featuring a cozy sofa that can be converted into an extra bed for children under 18 if needed, impresses with its stylish decor, high-quality furniture, tasteful accents, and a 65-inch flat-screen TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix (accessible with your own account).
