There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I can’t give enough praise to this home and the thoughtfulness that went into it from the owners. It had everything you would need. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could think of and then some. Cleaning tools and vaccun were helpful to keep clean with sandy kids. Laundry room came in handy and the garage had an air hockey table that came into use with a rainy morning. Garage had all the toys you would want for the beach along with chairs and beach towels. The owners thought of every need and it was so beautifully decorated. Beds and pillows were comfy, our two families were comfortable and had a blast. We will definitely be back.

We booked this home for a family trip, 3 adult couples and two children. The living area was very comfortable and they even provide a high chair for us to use. The rooms were very accommodating, every room had their own bathroom .The kitchen was fully stocked and made grilling and cooking a breeze. Beach access is very close, the pool was a quick stroll.

As a FL beach snob, I was very impressed. This home is lovely and we loved the beach. Rent a golf cart!! We will be back.
