Say hello to Beaches and Bunkers, your very own sliver of Texas sunshine and gulf fun here in Port Aransas. This new townhouse, completed in May 2022, is conveniently situated on the ninth hole of the golf course, steps from the pool, a short walk to the fitness center, and walking distance of the beach and several restaurants. When you want to venture out, the heart of Port Aransas offers chartered fishing expeditions, many restaurant options, candy and ice cream shops, as well as beachwear and souvenir shops.
Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.
When you find a moment away from the excitement, take a deep breath and enjoy a cold beverage on one of the three furnished balconies overlooking the beautiful grounds, or head inside to spoil everyone with a home-cooked meal. The well-equipped kitchen features a gas range, beautiful countertops, and modern cookware to make any recipe a breeze. And everyone will love gathering in the accommodating dining area or keeping it casual in the living room with a movie streaming on the TV. Don't worry about packing your entire wardrobe either, as a private washer/dryer awaits to keep your swimsuits and golf attire clean.
Each of the four bedrooms has an attached bath. The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor, the main floor has a guest bedroom and sofa bed, and there are two additional bedrooms on the third floor. Also on the third floor is a kids' loft with extra-long twin bunk beds and an additional twin bed.

There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.Streaming is available with guests' own accounts.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We loved the house!! Our families had an unforgettable time! The only minor inconvenience was the internet never worked. I reached out to have it fixed but nothing ever happened. Yes we were there to be on vacation, however 5/6 adults use WiFi for work. Not a super big deal and we LOVED our stay!!

Booked a quick get away for 6 senior graduates. Most rentals were booked and only a few were available to book for less than 4-5 nights. The rental was perfect. The home was extremely clean, the mattresses and bedding were great quality. The 4-star for cleanliness was due to the dishes and utensils being dirty. We had to wash everything we wanted to use due to the visible lack of washing. Not a biggie. I would rent this house again. The Vacasa staff was also super responsive. We had a WiFi issue initially and they came right away in the pouring rain to assist and we were back on. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved this house, plenty of room for our family plus a separate bunk room for kids. Individual bathrooms for each room a major plus! But overall we loved the community and amenities. From chairs on the beach to a cabana at the pool, our family was well taken care of.

Overall, house was nice, clean, and lots of room to sprawl out. Made multiple attempts to get the WiFi working, but no one showed up or called to fix. The chatbot was less than helpful. Not the end of the world, but made it difficult to do work in your computer when you have to use your cell phone as a hot spot for wifi
