Welcome to 119 E. Holly Banks Lane. This OCEAN BLOCK home is a true classic LBI Beach House located in The Dunes section of Long Beach Township only 5 homes away from the beach. When you enter, you will first see the living room with a fireplace, then the dining room, kitchen, full bathroom, laundry all on the first floor along with two spacious bedrooms and a cozy den. The second floor offers three spacious bedrooms and a full bathroom. The backyard is private for grilling and relaxing after the beach. There is a large garage with a ping pong table and an outside shower. Holly Banks Lane is a wonderful family friendly street located a short distance to restaurants and activities. Six beach badges are included. Please inquire about pet friendly option. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a beach cart are included!

This was a large home, close to beach access. We liked the fenced in yard, because the owner allowed pets. It was very clean and spacious. The garage was a bonus room with a ping pong table/couch, etc and was nice to have when you wanted to be outside, but stay out of the sun. We would stay here again.
