Finca El Rafal de Son Alberti is a traditional stone villa set in the peaceful countryside near Búger, Mallorca. Combining rustic Mallorcan character with modern comforts, it accommodates up to four guests and is particularly suitable for couples, families and small groups.



The villa has two air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds. It also features a bathroom with a shower and toilet.



Inside, guests can enjoy a cosy living room with a comfortable chaise longue and an open-plan kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare meals at home. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.



Outside, a well-maintained garden surrounds the private 8 × 4 metre swimming pool. Sun loungers and a shaded chill-out area provide comfortable spaces for relaxing, while the barbecue is ideal for enjoying meals outdoors.

Finca El Rafal de Son Alberti is situated in the peaceful countryside of Búger, surrounded by fields, almond trees and olive groves. The area offers privacy, nature and an authentic Mallorcan atmosphere away from the island’s busier tourist resorts.



The nearby village of Búger retains its traditional character, with narrow streets, local amenities and cultural celebrations throughout the year. The surrounding countryside is also suitable for walking, cycling and exploring Mallorca’s rural landscapes.



The beaches of Alcúdia Bay are approximately 20 minutes away by car, making it easy to combine relaxing days at the villa with visits to the coast.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring Mallorca and reaching the island’s beaches, towns and other attractions.



Búger village and its nearest bus stop are approximately five minutes away on foot. As public transport routes and schedules may change, we recommend checking current information before travelling.



Approximate travel times:



· Búger village: approximately five minutes on foot

· Alcúdia Beach: approximately 20 minutes by car

· Palma de Mallorca Airport: approximately 40 minutes by car, depending on traffic



Free parking is available within the property. Taxis can also be arranged, although advance booking is recommended, especially during the busiest months.

· A refundable security deposit of €300 must be paid in cash at check-in

· The Balearic Islands impose a mandatory tourist tax known as the Ecotasa. All guests aged 16 or over must pay this tax in cash upon arrival. The applicable rate ranges from €0.55 to €2.20 per guest, per night, depending on the season



Interaction with Guests:

To comply with current public safety regulations, all guests must complete an online registration before arrival. This process is carried out through our secure check-in platform and may require an image of each guest’s identity document and/or a selfie.



Personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Appropriate technical and organisational measures will be applied to prevent unauthorised access, alteration, loss or improper processing.
