The Neighborhood:

Finca Ca S'Homo is situated in Búger, a peaceful and picturesque village in northern Mallorca. Characterised by traditional stone houses, narrow streets and views towards the Tramuntana mountains, Búger retains the authentic atmosphere of a small Mallorcan village.



A bakery, supermarket and local cafés are within easy reach of the property. The surrounding countryside, beaches and cultural attractions of northern Mallorca can all be reached conveniently by car.



This location is particularly suitable for guests looking for a peaceful setting while remaining within easy reach of local services and some of Mallorca’s most popular destinations.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring Mallorca from Finca Ca S'Homo. The property provides quick access to the MA-13 motorway, which connects Búger with Palma and destinations across the island.



Pollença, Alcúdia, the northern beaches and several golf courses are within easy driving distance. Palma can generally be reached in approximately 30–40 minutes, depending on traffic.



The centre of Búger can be explored on foot, although some of its streets are narrow or sloping. A supermarket, bakery and local cafés are located nearby.
