Casa Cas Home is an authentic Mallorcan country house set in a peaceful rural location, surrounded by countryside and offering beautiful views towards the mountains. Just 500 metres from the village of Búger, it combines the tranquillity of inland Mallorca with an excellent location for exploring the beaches, villages and landscapes of the north of the island.
The house retains the traditional character of Mallorcan architecture, with stone walls and exposed wooden beams, and is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped independent kitchen and direct access to the terrace. Upstairs, the property offers three double bedrooms, two with double beds and one with twin beds, and two full bathrooms with bathtubs. The house is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning and WiFi.
The outdoor area provides everything needed to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle. The property features a large private swimming pool measuring 12 x 6 metres, surrounded by lawn, a spacious barbecue area with an outdoor dining space and garden furniture, as well as with rackets available for guests. There is also an additional open area where guests can play football or where children can run and play freely.
The location offers the best of both worlds: the peace and privacy of a country property combined with easy access to some of northern Mallorca’s most popular destinations. The beaches of Puerto de Alcúdia and Puerto de Pollença are approximately 15 minutes away by car, while the historic towns of Alcúdia and Pollença offer an appealing combination of heritage, local gastronomy, shops and leisure activities. The property is also an excellent base for discovering the many beaches and coves along the north coast, enjoying hiking routes in the Serra de Tramuntana or exploring other highlights of the island.
Búger, just 500 metres from the property, provides easy access to local shops and services, as well as the relaxed atmosphere of a traditional Mallorcan village.

Lovely outdoor area with great tennis court, very nice pool and lovely garden. However the house itself was under equipped especially the kitchen. There were no basic items left for us when we arrived to use and we needed to buy many basic things including kitchen cloths to wipe the benches, salt and pepper, sugar - there was nothing at all in the kitchen. The kitchen also lacked basic items -only one chopping board and the ventilation over the stove didn’t work so when cooking it was very steamy/Smokey. The bedrooms were nice however the double bed in the guest room was quite uncomfortable. Overall would recommend this house. Was very affordable and in a great location.
