The Cottage has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large country kitchen table, breakfast bar and kitchen island. The bathroom has a beautiful soaking tub and rain shower. The entire 5 acre property is for your use (with the exception of the garage). The backyard area is fenced, making it great for children and dogs. There is a 100 foot dog run with a 15 foot lead, great to give some outdoor time to your pup. There is a pond on the property that has open access from the yard. Please mind children for their safety. Please note that the entire homes living spaces on the second floor. You must climb a staircase to access it. This property is 100% non-smoking, non-vaping
