This practical holiday home for 4 is arranged over the 1st floor of a 2-story building and situated a short walk from the cobbled streets of Otranto’s historic centre. The Otranto Marina and the closest beach are both less than a 10-minute walk away.
The ideal choice for groups of friends or families, the property benefits from air-conditioning and a balcony that’s the perfect place for watching the world go by.
The property features an open plan kitchen and dining room, which is furnished with a dining table and a flatscreen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a Moka coffee machine, an oven, a cooker hob, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

Le Torri Sul Mare 2 is ideally situated a short walk from the cobbled streets, shops and cafes of Otranto’s historic centre. The town’s iconic Cathedral and the Aragonese Castle of Otranto are both less than a 5-minute walk away, whilst the picturesque Otranto Marina is less than a 10-minute walk, where guests will find boat hire and tour companies as well as fresh seafood restaurants.
The sandy beach of Spiaggia degli Scaloni is also within walking distance, with many more of Salento’s most beautiful beaches within easy reach, including Baia dei Turchi and the Faraglioni di Sant’Andrea bathing rocks (both a 13-minute drive).
Away from the coast, the famous Alimini lakes, a haven for bird watchers, are just a 15-minute drive from the resort. Here visitors can hire canoes or enjoy hiking, picnicking and swimming.
There are several restaurants within a minute\'s walk of the property, a number of supermarkets within 3 minutes\' walk, and a weekly farmers market in the Port Area (a 9-minute walk) every Wednesday morning, which provides a wonderful source of local ingredients to cook at home.
