Casa Ayra a Otranto

The location was definitely the best thing about this property. The size of the property was good.

The agents managing it were not very welcoming and helpful. We booked for 5 people but there were no pillows or any bedding provided for the person sleeping on the couch. When the dishwasher did not work, we called for help and they were reluctant to assist. After check-out, I sent a message to the managing agent but he never replied. Also, air-conditioning was only in the hall-way.

Son emplacement, sa literie. Spacieux et globalement propre (sol avec du sable) Un garage fermé en sous-sol (attention pour petite voiture et surtout pas basse car accès compliqué). Opel Mokka taille maximum.

C'est vétuste et très marqué religieusement pour ceux que cela pourrait déranger, les équipements de cuisine sont trop anciens (manque de poignée aux casseroles) Il nous a manqué une vraie cafetière et un micro-onde. L'absence d'une bouteille d'eau fraîche au frigo à l'arrivée surtout quand la climatisation n'a pas été mise à notre arrivée et qu'il fait très chaud (cela ne coûte rien mais c'est très appréciable). Le balcon avec salon de jardin vieillo. 1 petit kit de bienvenue serait appréciable avec une pastille lave vaisselle et lessive. Le volet du balcon bloqué mais le personnel a été très réactif.
