With approximately 2,100 sq ft of living space, the villa accommodates up to 8 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and offers direct access to the pool area, along with an en suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. A second bedroom also includes a king-size bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom offers two twin beds that can be arranged individually or together. A second bathroom with a shower is also available.
The open living area is bright and modern, with high-quality finishes throughout. A comfortable seating area, a stylish TV wall, and an electric fireplace create a welcoming space to relax. Large sliding doors connect the interior with the outdoor area, enhancing the open-concept design.
The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, including a large American-style refrigerator with ice maker, and offers everything needed for preparing meals. The adjacent dining area completes the living space.
The outdoor area is designed for enjoying the Florida lifestyle. The partially covered terrace features a heated pool, sun loungers, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with gas grill and sink, ideal for outdoor dining.
