Villa located in a holiday resort called "Les Portes du Soleil", with PAYING access to the shared swimming pools( june to sept) and entertainment for children and just 400m from the sea.
This is a lovely villa with 3 bedrooms upstairs, one airconditioned bedroom with balcony , and bathroom with toilet upstairs and an airconditoned living room with fitted kitchen, bath with shower and toilet downstairs, large cornerTerrace with grill BBQ; one parking place in front of the house directly.
CLEANING FEES INCLUDED - only a small animal is allowed

The beach is totally unspoilt and of course has many different water sports on offer. The nature reserve is ideal to wander along and check out all the different species of birds and wildlife. The famous canal du midi is only a 10 minute walk away, you can take a tour on one of the many boats for hire.
