Welcome to our lovingly renovated fisherman's house “Nikša” - just 10 steps from the sea!
Enjoy an unforgettable vacation in this charming accommodation with 2 SUP boards for water sports fans, 2 terraces and an outdoor barbecue. Ideal for an unforgettable vacation right by the water.
The idyllic bay “Rogačić” near Vis offers crystal-clear water and a picturesque backdrop, perfect for connoisseurs and nature lovers. Your dream vacation is waiting for you!
The space:
With an area of 34 m², this lovingly restored house offers the perfect place for a relaxing vacation by the sea.
Highlights at a glance:
** Only approx. 8 meters from the crystal-clear water - directly on a small, idyllic pebble beach, ideal for sunbathing, swimming, snorkelling and water sports.
** Separate outbuilding with storage room including washing machine - convenient for doing laundry during your vacation.
** Bright, open interior with separate bathroom and spacious shower cubicle (120x80 cm) for a pleasant showering experience.
** Air conditioning directly above the entrance - provides a refreshing breeze even on hot summer days, while your bed remains at a comfortable distance.
** Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge and separate freezer - perfect for cooking and enjoying meals.
** Cozy dining table in the living room for shared meals.
** Comfortable 160x200 cm bed with high-quality 22 cm mattress for a restful night's sleep.
** Windows with roller blind fly screens that can be lowered if required - for undisturbed sleep.
Outside awaits you:
** Two beautiful terraces, ideal for barbecues or a refreshing outdoor shower.
** Flexible positioning of lounge chairs, sun loungers and dining table - for relaxing hours outdoors.
And as a special service:
** Free filtered drinking water from the reverse osmosis system
** 5 capsules a day for the Nespresso coffee machine
** Beach towels
** Hand soap, shower gel and shampoo
** Starter set for the outdoor area (briquettes and firelighter cubes)

Guest access:
From the parking lot to the house it is about 120m walk which leads partly over the pebble beach. The vacation home “Nikša” is a detached house. The entrance is on the left side.
On request or in case of very late check-in we offer the possibility of a key safe (self-check-in).
