This oasis is cozy yet spacious, ideally located in North Boulder on a cul-de-sac along a lovely path that leads to stunning greenspace surrounding Wonderland Lake in the Rocky Mountain Foothills. Walk to shops, restaurants and cafes, including locally owned Lucky's Market, Cafe and Bakeshop, as well as to hiking trails leading right up into the Foothills. Spot deer on your sunset stroll. This sanctuary of a home is centrally located and a 5 minute drive to Pearl Street!
MAIN FLOOR:
-Tranquil, bright living room looking out onto the backyard and walking path.
-55” TV above the fireplace. Log in using your personal Netflix, Prime video, etc… account
-Comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, with a large Sub Zero refrigerator, Viking stovetop, brand new Bosch oven and Bosch dishwasher.
-Dining room is perfect for family dinners.
-Hardwood floors are newly refinished.
SECOND FLOOR:
-Master bedroom suite is large, bright and private, with vaulted ceilings, large wood-framed windows. Plenty of closet space.

We recently stayed at The Sanctuary and it absolutely lived up to the name. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by trees, it was the perfect place to relax and spend quality time with our daughter that goes to college in Boulder. The host was wonderful with quick responses to my questions and worked with us to meet our needs. I have stayed at many VRBO’s and Yoshi was one of the best hosts I have had. The home was large yet cozy and you can tell that a lot of love has been put in the decor. I will check whenever we are scheduled to be back in Boulder if this home is available every time.

Wonderful place to stay in Boulder. Owner was friendly and responsive. The home was spacious and clean - and located near many restaurants, shopping, and Boulder attractions. We highly recommend the Boulder Sanctuary!
