The house is spacious and airy with all new functional furniture, blackout curtains in each room, and beds with new comfortable mattresses. This listing includes access to the 2nd floor of the home. The 1st floor is not part of the guest space and remains locked.
Modern and well-equipped kitchen with nice dishes and serving plates to make every meal feel like a celebration.
➽ A 5-minute walk to a community owned area with a playground, bocce court, corn hole boards, volleyball court, kayaks and river access
➽ A 20-minute walk under the veil of conifer trees to the South Cape beach

The private 2nd floor accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the main 2nd floor: the Master bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed and a spacious closet, the Queen room has a queen-size bed, and the Yellow room has 2 twin beds and a desk.

We loved this house! Everything was new, clean, modern, comfortable, and convenient. It had plenty of room for our family to spend time together and have fun, including a big main room and huge deck. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We saw wild turkeys visit the neighborhood each day and a shooting star one evening. We walked to the beach and saw crabs and osprey. At the same, we went to nice restaurants and shops nearby. Katerina was very friendly and accessible. We hope to return!
