About this house rental
The property offers newly renovated, spacious accommodations that are perfect for couples or families vacationing at the New Seabury Resort. Elegantly designed with all premium furnishings, this property features three bedrooms; one with one king bed; two with queen beds each; plus a sunroom with a queen pull out sleeper sofa. The open living area, with vaulted ceilings and skylights, offers a great flow for entertaining. Additional space for kids/teenagers to hangout in the newly finished basement with a large flat screen TV. The kitchen was recently remodeled with all new stainless steel appliances and cookware. The home also has hardwood floors throughout, an oversized attached garage for 2 cars and a central air system.
Entertaining, cooking, and spending private time together with family and friends is fun and enjoyable with the light open plan in the kitchen and family room area. For your pleasure and enjoyment, other features include a large deck with gas grill; extreme blast high speed internet service at 1200 mbps; and two new flat screen LCD TVs with DVR and triple play channel lineup.
Walking/Biking trail offers a 5 minute stroll to Popponesset Marketplace to cool off with some ice cold lemonade and ice cream. There is also a pizzeria, deli, raw bar, restaurants, candy store, antique store, general store, dog shop, free summer concerts, kayak/bike rental and a few local quaint shops to stroll around in. Raw bar boasts its famous overstuffed lobster roll voted a 'best of Boston' winner. Beautiful South Cape beach Just park your car and get into relaxation mode in this private getaway. Sleeps 6-8 comfortably.

The property was lovely with beautiful flowers and lots of light and windows, even a skylight in the master bathroom. We enjoyed using the barbecue grill and deck furniture as well. Unfortunately, the fire alarm went off several times while we were there. It seemed to be related to using one of the showers. Also, we had some ants attack a new pie that we bought in the kitchen and we ran out and bought ant traps, which took care of the problem. There were some inaccuracies in parts of the listing. One part said it slept 10 and another part said 6 to 8. One part listed an outdoor shower. It actually did have an outdoor shower, but it was being used for storage and since the owner said there was no outdoor shower. We felt we were not supposed to use it. It was a nice location close to a beach and a very cute marketplace with live music nightly in the summer. There were four beach chairs there it would’ve been nice to know how many ahead of time as the place sleeps more than that and we would’ve brought the correct number if we knew.

It was a great place to stay. The living room was large enough for everyone to gather. It was clean and a super cute place to stay.

The property is great for a family vacation. Everyone had plenty of room. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, It is a short walk to the Marketplace that has so many enjoyable things to do/eat. Very close to Mashpee Commons that has a lot of stores & restaurants, and a movie theatre.
