All Pinon homes are vacation ready with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand and dish soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry detergent. Please bring your own toiletries.

Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV s other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest s credit card on file, as authorized by Guest s approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.
Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 14 to 29 days prior to arrival 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, spotty internet service or interruption of service.

I work in the area and prefer non-hotel bookings when I stay for multiple days. The Mayfly has excellent units that are clean and spacious and have great amenities to make you feel at home. I try to stay here whenever I’m in the area.

We loved the Mayfly! Beautiful view of the river and mountains and very conveniently located. Roomy and super comfy!
