SANARY SEASIDE – LE MEDITERRANNEE - Close to the shops, the beach and the city center of Sanary, beautiful type 2 apartment of 40m2 with a terrace of 8 m2 overlooking the sea.
The apartment, fully renovated, air co, located in an idyllic setting, is located on the elevated ground floor of this quiet and secure residence. It is composed of an entrance, a living room with a well-equipped open kitchen, a dining and living area, all opening onto a sea view terrace. A shower room with Wc. The sleeping area is composed of a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, and a very comfortable double sofa bed (140*190) in the living room.
Come and enjoy this beachfront apartment, ideally located without having to touch your vehicle during the holidays.
Free parking in a secure residence.
Sanary-sur-Mer, 13 km from Toulon and 49 km from Marseille, with its authentic typical Mediterranean fishing port, its pedestrian streets lined with small shops, its good restaurants and its pretty squares cooled by fountains, is a tourist town renowned, both relaxing and lively, where you will be sure to have a good holiday whatever the season!
It offers an immense variety of colorful landscapes and natural sandy beaches (Portissol, Plage Dorée, La Gorguette, Bonnegr Grâce, Beaucours, etc.) in a sunny setting most of the year. Many activities are available to you: sailing, scuba diving, tennis, climbing, hiking, fishing, cinema, gambling casino… not to mention the inevitable sunbathing and sea bathing!
The city, whose market was voted "the most beautiful market in France" in 2018, offers you the best of local products as well as fresh fish from the fishermen and fresh flowers every morning in the port. In summer you can also enjoy a night market, offering artisan products.
Many sea excursions leave from the port to discover marine animals (whales, sperm whales, dolphins…) but also the natural beauty of the islands (Porquerolles, Les Embiez, Bendor) and the Calanques de Cassis!
The port is also a major place of festivities throughout the year (Festival of traditions, Spring of Sanary, Just Rosé, Festival of Music and Dance and many other activities offered by local multicultural associations). included for the end of year celebrations (its superb illuminations are famous today).
