Beautiful duplex apartment of 74 m², La Casbah, located 30 m from the pedestrian port of Sanary-sur-Mer (Var). Nestled in an alley in the heart of the village, it offers a terrace with breathtaking views of the port, the pointus and the bay of Sanary.
A stone's throw from shops, the daily market, restaurants and beaches, this apartment crossing on three sides, completely renovated and fitted out in 2024, can accommodate 4 to 5 people.
Located on the 3rd and last floor of a small typical Provençal building (without elevator), it is very functional, non-smoking and equipped with Wi-Fi.
