This penthouse suite offers 2100 sq ft of oceanfront luxury!
This top-floor corner unit provides beautiful ocean views. Enjoy your morning coffee while planning your day on the spacious wraparound balcony. The suite has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you'd need to prepare a gourmet dinner. The front the front of the unit provides floor-to-ceiling, retractable glass doors to marry the living room with the beautiful ocean views. Check your emails with the complimentary WiFi at the outside table that seats 4 or stretch out one of the lounging chairs and enjoy the view of the pool, beach, and reef.
This condo is over 2,000 square feet consisting of a living room with a flat-screen cable TV, DVD player and speaker system, , a dining area that seats 6, and a kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4. The master bedroom is complete with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, safe, cable TV, large luxury bath with double sink, corner soaker tub, and separate shower. It also opens up onto the balcony.
The second bedroom has a king size bed, cable TV, and a private bath with a shower.
Less than 15 minutes from the Providenciales airport, Coral Gardens is a privately owned, boutique condominium complex located directly on Grace Bay Beach. This condo overlooks Princess Alexandria National Coral Reef providing fabulous snorkeling literally at your doorstep.
The Somewhere Beach Café and Bar next to the pool is great for lunch, sunset dinners, drinks at happy hour, and a tasty morning breakfast.
There are a endless activities to fill your days within minutes from Coral Gardens from snorkelling the coral reef, diving, paragliding, banana boats, scuba diving, fine and casual dining, golf, basic site seeing, boat trips to Iguana island and more.
Please be aware, the Hyatt Hotel Group is building an Andaz Hotel next door to our property. As of December 10th, the building is fully enclosed with walls, sliding glass doors and windows. The majority of the work being completed now is indoor finish work as they are rushing to open sometime in Q2 2026.
Of note, this is a 3rd floor condo and we do not have elevators. If stairs are a problem, this unit may not be best suited for those with mobility problems.

The property location and staff were great! Unfortunately the hot water heater went out during our stay leaving 4 days of cold showers.

Brenden responded in a timely manner when I reached out to him regarding check in and check out. The staff at the front desk were warm, welcoming, and informative. The room was perfect for our group of 2 couples. The bedrooms and living areas are spacious. You will not find a better view of the ocean and unless you are standing at the waters edge. The doors open the whole width of the room and perfectly frames the outdoors like a postcard. Venture out and try a variety of amazing restaurants in the area. And be sure to visit the fish fry on Thursday night!
