LUXURY BEACH LEVEL, OCEANFRONT CONDO ON GRACE BAY
'Island time' begins for you after a short 70 minute flight from Miami. You will then will find yourself on the “Best Beach in the World” as rated by Conde Nast and “Top Beach Destination in the World”.
This privately owned condominium at Coral Gardens on Grace Bay, a classic Carribean boutique resort, is located directly on the best snorkeling reef in all of Grace Bay. This spacious luxury condominium boasts over 2100 square feet of comfort and 'feel- at-home' amenities. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths, king size beds in each, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, separate dining area and kitchen bar which seats four. Also, enjoy an in-suite washer/dryer, large soaking tub in the master bath, walk-in shower, double sinks, cable television, free wifi, and local cell phone provided.
The condominium has floor to ceiling, sliding glass doors, which disappear into the walls extending your living space to the surrounding patio creating a luxurious lanai effect in this ground floor unit. The patio is surrounded by a reflecting pond and bordered with a waterfall which looks out on to the gardens and unobstructed view of the beautiful ocean. You will have a front seat to some of the most beautiful sunsets right from your own patio.
If your bucket list includes learning to dive or snorkeling then you have come to the right place as the Turks and Caicos Islands have the 3rd largest coral reef system in the world.
The Bight Reef is directly in front of the resort and 10 feet from the waters edge, perfect for any age guest. Guests from other resorts on Grace Bay make a point to come to our reef for snorkeling. For our guests, the reef is your front door to a variety of sea life, our resident sea turtles and an occasional sighting of JoJo the dolphin. It is also an amazing location for a night dive, again, right at your front door.
Providenciales is known for their many, many fine restaurants, from casual to elegant, exotic to more local fare. One of the best on the island is the casual fun atmosphere of “Somewhere Café” located right on the property and sits directly on the ocean with an upstairs and downstairs bar with happy hour starting one hour before sunset and ending one hour after sunset. Somewhere Cafe serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Somewhere Cafe will serve you drinks and food right on the beach! Do not go home without trying their fish tacos - the talk of the island!
The sunset views from the upstairs bar are undeniably some of the best in Provo. The Cafe has live music every Thursday and Sunday.
Your little corner of paradise is steps to the beach, no stairs to climb after a long day at the beach or a 2 tank wall dive – just a nice relaxing stroll to your home away from home.

We had a wonderful time staying in this unit. It had everything you could want/need during your stay. Very clean. Quick responses from the host. Perfect view in the mornings while having coffee and planning the day. Highly recommended!!

This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed at - gorgeous, clean, right on the beach. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean and immaculate, and literally steps from the beach. The pool was nice as well when we wanted a change from the sand. I would come back over and over again. The staff were kind and helpful. The whole stay was wonderful.

Check-in and out were smooth. The resort is located in the western part of Grace Bay and was close to everything yet pretty quiet. This first floor corner unit had lots of privacy and space for our family of three. We enjoyed sitting on the large patio when not in the water or on the beach. Snorkeling is right out front or a short drive to the Smith Reef. Having a fullt stocked kitchen and a washer/ driver combo also added to the convenience.
