This charming two-storey holiday home offers the perfect combination of comfort and luxury with its own swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. The house is spacious and functionally designed with two bedrooms on the ground floor and two more on the first floor, where there is also a large living room. There are bathrooms on both floors for added convenience. The kitchen has a dining area and direct access to a secluded terrace, perfect for relaxing meals al fresco. The ground floor also features a cosy living room with a wood-burning stove that creates a warm atmosphere. The house is uniquely located on a hilltop, accessible by stairs from both sides, and surrounded by a large natural plot with vegetation. Just a short walk away is the child-friendly Båring Beach with fine sand and a jetty - ideal for days filled with sun and sea.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
