A large garden with heated swimming pool*, a beautiful lounge that opens onto the outside and 4 bedrooms, including a large suite, are just some of the features that make the Villa HARAUSTA so charming.
THE LIVING SPACE
The Villa boasts a large living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a lovely dining area and a charming lounge with fireplace, all of which is largely open to the outside world thanks to large bay windows.
Extending from this beautiful living room, you will find a large office area and a cosy TV room. There is also a guest toilet at this floor.
Outside, the villa boasts a large garden with terrace, a dining area and, above all, a lovely sunny pool area. There's also a tree house for children.
THE ROOMS
On the ground floor, set back from the living room, you will find a large suite with a queen-size bed, shower room, dressing room and toilet. This light-filled bedroom has bay windows giving direct access to the terrace. There is also a bathroom with bath on the ground floor.
On the first floor, the villa offers 3 double bedrooms. The first has a large bay window, two trundle beds and a wardrobe. The second, just opposite, also has a bay window overlooking the garden, a queen-size bed and a wardrobe. On the other side of the corridor, the last bedroom also has a queen-size bed. Finally, there is a toilet and a shower room with plenty of storage space.
THE “PLUS”
A large garage is available. Surfboards, golf clubs and vehicles can all be easily stored.

In front of the villa, or in the garage, you can park 4 to 5 vehicles.

Take advantage of the many shops at the Docks de la Négresse, just 1 km away.
