Located in the Lahouze district of Biarritz, 10 minutes walk from the city center, beaches and all shops, outdoor spaces of 150m2, plancha, 2 terraces for your meals, pic-pong table, free parking on the street.
The nearest bakery is located av. Lahouze, 5 minutes walk away!
HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
This large house can accommodate up to 10 people.
It has 5 bedrooms between 20 and 15m2 including 5 double beds and a double mattress* on the floor in one of them, two en-suite bathrooms.
A shower room and a bathroom in addition, i.e. 4 water points at your disposal and 4 toilets.
*extra bed (160/200cm)*
Additional equipment:
3 hair dryers
Washing machine & dryer, drying rack, ironing board & iron
3 fans, a printer, 4 sound systems at your disposal
Large living room with two sofas, armchairs, coffee table, flat screen TV (140cm) with canalsat & canal + & wifi.
Large open plan kitchen fully equipped with coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge & freezer, toaster, kettle, raclette/fondue set and all the kitchen utensils you will need.
Outside you can find the large garden of 80m2 with heated swimming pool of 8m50 x 3m50, 2 terraces, a ping-pong table, a "Forge Adour" plancha.
You can also enjoy board games, surfboarding, body edges, fins, volleyball pool, a VTC and an electric bike.
*WARNING! Any loss or damage to the equipment will be deducted from your deposit!*
IMPORTANT:
A fee of 50€ will be applied for an arrival on the 24th from 4pm, 25, 31st December from 4pm, and 1st January to be paid on arrival in cash or check.
Concerning the end-of-stay/laundry cleaning package included in your reservation at the price of 290€:
We provide linen treated by a professional service, prepare the apartment for your comfort on arrival, and clean at the end of your stay.
We try to be flexible during the day but an appointment must be fixed and respected to welcome you as well as possible. In the event of an instant booking on the same day of your arrival, we do not guarantee a quick welcome but as soon as we can. Do not hesitate to contact us before booking instantly.
When an appointment is arranged, in case of delay on your part, another appointment will be scheduled and a fee of 30€ will be charged to you on arrival. To be paid in cash against invoice.
We also offer a late arrival service on request (to be booked in advance):
- 30€ between 8pm & 9pm.
- 50€ between 9pm & 10pm.
- 70€ beyond
To be paid in cash or by cheque on arrival (against receipt if you wish).
In high season, it is possible that we will have the cleaning agent intervene on the day of your departure from 9 am, depending on the arrival time of the following travellers. You will of course be informed in advance.
Check-out instructions before handing over the keys:
1. Gather dirty towels & dish towels
2. Dispose of the garbage
3. Wash the dishes
4. Do not throw away unopened food. It can be used by subsequent travellers.
