French doors open onto the wrap around balcony from both the living space and the primary bedroom allowing the ocean breezes to flow throughout the villa. The living room sports a large screen TV with WI Fi throughout the unit. BBQ enthusiasts can enjoy the propane bbq on the patio deck while taking in the beautiful ocean views! Use of new concierge 6 person golf cart and full laundry room is included. Oh, and take a peek at the cool golf cart! Just 39 steps to the road and a total of 1246 SF. It’s all about the views!! Nicely furnished 2 bedroom with great outdoor balcony. Location is excellent away from the downtown area but only a short golf cart ride away. Hit the Vons when you arrive and pick up some groceries and beverages and just eat out on the balcony and watch the moon rise at night!!

A beautiful condo just as described in the listing. The unit was clean and beautifully decorated with an amazing view. The beds were comfortable too! Our family of four adults was very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The golf cart was a wonderful amenity and a must for anyone staying at Hamilton Cove Villas. We hope to visit again soon.

Unit is nice, great views. Lots of maintenance issues: hole in the guest bedroom wall; door handle on inside of guest bedroom totally inoperative (someonegot stuck inside!); same on guest bedroom door; range and oven would not fully heat; guest bedroom toilet handle stuck in down position; and for one hour, no water to both toilets, had to manually fill tanks; remotes to TV's worked only intermittently (new batteries?).
