Welcome to our family home in Chaucre, a small typical and quiet village at the end of the island of Oléron.

The property is located in a private road, just a few minutes walk from the immense sandy beach of the Côte Sauvage.

Entrance is through a gate and through a secure sliding gate. It is possible to park 2 cars in the inner courtyard, and to store rental bikes under the courtyard at the back of the house in complete safety.

The accommodation

- The living room is composed of a fitted kitchen opening onto the dining area for 7 people, open to the large living room with a high ceiling frame with several French windows leading to the terraces, garden and patio.PGJyPgPGJyPg

Gas and electric hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Senso coffee machine (capsules not provided), kettle, toaster, party pancake, electric raclette, bread machine, crockery, storage cupboard etc...

Large washing bin, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, coat rack, storage cupboards for groceries and groceries etc...

Small garage equipment:
Large fridge-freezer, dryer, coat rack, storage for shoes and beach accessories.

TV with Wifi. Books and tourist information to discover the Ile d'Oléron and its region.

- The rooms accommodate 7 people maximum:

Bedroom 1 and 2 each have large double beds with automatic adjustments to adjust the comfort of the bed. Thermoformed mattresses. Storage cupboards with wardrobe, pillows and extra blankets.

Bedroom 3 is equipped with 3 single beds compatible with children / adults.

- A shower room with two sinks and large mirror, storage cupboards and hairdryer provided.

- Separate toilet with washbasin.

- The small terrace facing east, on the kitchen side, is equipped with a manual awning, 2 chairs and a small folding table to have breakfast in the morning sun.

- The large terrace facing south-west has an automatic awning, a large mosaic table, chairs, and sun loungers.

- The courtyard has sun loungers to be put back under cover in case of rain. Plancha and accessories. Space to store rental bikes.

- A large garden to relax in the shade of the pine trees.

- A closed extension not available for rent.

House Rules:

- Pets not allowed

- No smoking inside the house.

- Do not use the fireplace.

- No commercial filming/photos.

- No parties.

- No charging his electric car on site. There are specific terminals for this purpose in St Pierre d'Oléron. Thank you
