1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.

Serenity Cove was almost perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable, but high. My sister-in-law slept on the couch, she couldn't get into bed. Only other down side for us was getting into the tub. My fault, i didn't realize it was a tub/shower. A really nice few days away from home.

This property was perfect. Location was great, nestled between Keuka State Park and Sugar Creek, we could walk to a small preserve and to the State Park. Close to wineries, breweries, restaurants, and more. The house literally sits on the water and it's easy for kids to walk in. There is a large side yard as well. The house was clean and roomy for three of us. The welcome package was great - we had a dog and they included dog treats and a ball! Loved everything about this place.

House is a cute and quirky cottage with low ceilings and unlevel floor. It is extremely clean and has a wonderful view. However there were several things that were disappointing and I am not sure if it is the owners or property managements fault. -empty propane tanks so no hot water, stovetop cooking or central heat the first chilly night (they did have plug in heaters which kept blowing the fuses to the fridge and oven) making it impossible to make dinner and no hot shower that evening.-no hairdryer provided as listed-dead batteries in ROKU remote with no replacement batteries available-the dishwasher was full of dishes when we arrived-no dish soap, detergent, or sponge provided to wash dishes in sink or dishwasher
