This villa is located on a private estate near La Croix-Valmer in a quiet, green setting with stunning views from the Corniche des Maures to Cap Lardier. The two-level house accommodates families or friends, with living rooms and two bedrooms on the terrace level and the remaining bedrooms on the garden level. The terrace level features a summer lounge, large terrace with built-in barbecue, dining area for 12, renovated kitchen (2020) with modern appliances, living room with fireplace, TV, Yamaha Clavinova piano, books, games, and WiFi. Bedrooms include doubles (160x200 cm, separable) and a dormitory for six, with bathrooms and independent toilets. Laundry facilities are available. The 10x4 m swimming pool (roller shutter, open 1/05–30/09) is surrounded by sunbeds and furniture. Guests can enjoy the boulodrome and parking for 2–3 cars via electric gate. Cavalaire-sur-Mer is nearby with beaches, marina, shops, restaurants, water sports, and easy access to the Massif des Maures for hiking and cycling. Animals are not allowed; youth or student groups under 30 and parties are prohibited. A security deposit of EUR 350,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
