About this house rental
A private, homey, and safe place to stay in the North Tampa, Lake Magdalene area with outdoor entertainment space, one-bedroom, one bathroom, and a kitchen/dining/living room with sofa bed. Very near I-275 Highway to explore and enjoy the many amenities around at your leisure, close to Bush Gardens, Adventure Island, USF, Moffit, Lowry Park Zoo, Raymond James Stadium, Downtown Tampa, Ybor City, beaches, museums, restaurants, and shopping.
Everything you need for a wonderful gateway. You’ll have your own parking spot in front of the apartment, and a private wood fenced entrance to the enclosed patio where you can relax watching the birds and squirrels in the oak trees while you grill your favorite entrée.
The apartment is on the north side of the house, and it has its own driveway and stone parking pad, which is separate from the main house driveway. From the stone driveway, walk to the wood gate that opens into a private enclosed patio with a covered area to the apartment front door.

Quick trip to see my daughter at USF for parents weekend. Had my other two kids with me. Was very comfortable and accommodating for the three of us.
Perfect location, great communication, great neighborhood, and is exactly as stated in the description. Been down a bunch of times and have stayed all over, this will definitely be my first choice for future trips.
