A nice, large swivel chair for watching SMART TV, along with high-speed Internet and FREE WiFi. Very clean room and mattress, sanitized with a Certified Rainbow Machine. Pet-free and smoke-free room. We have a Tesla charger available for an extra fee if you need it. We’re located in the Lake Magdalene area (zip code 33613), well north in the suburbs of Tampa. Lake Magdalene is an excellent area in North Tampa. Our neighborhood is very nice, quiet, and safe—perfect for a good night’s sleep, walking, and cycling as part of your exercise routine (Bike available upon request.) Just one mile from I-275 and VERY CLOSE to the Babe Zaharias Golf Course, the fun and fantastic theme parks Busch Gardens and Adventure Island; Lowry Park Zoo, USF, the Veterans Hospital, Moffitt Cancer Center, the airport, the bay, and golf beaches, as well as popular restaurants, shopping centers, and more.
