Appartement conforme à l'annonce, fonctionnel, bien équipé avec balcon ombragé avec vue sur la piscine.

Propriétaire accueillant et disponible. Appartement calme bien agencé, très bien situé, proche de la plage .... Parking privé. Je recommande sans hésitation pour visiter La Baule et ses environs.

Perfect apartment for the holidays. Clean and everything is there. Calm neighborhood and nice swimming pool. Beach maximum 10 minutes walk.
