Upstairs is the modern open plan kitchen, dining & living spaces, that flow onto the large deck, which captures those stunning water views. This is the place to sit & relax, have a drink & take it all in. Fire up the bbq & enjoy some of Tasmania's finest produce.
Also on this level there are three bedrooms (2 x queen beds (main bedroom with smart tv) & 1 x single set of bunk beds), along with the main bathroom (with free standing egg shape bath & walk in shower). The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, including a coffee machine.

Venture downstairs & you'll find the second sitting area (with smart tv), the kitchenette, two bedrooms (1 x queen bed & 1 x single set of bunk beds), a second bathroom with walk in shower & laundry facilities. Downstairs is the perfect spot for the children to have some space away from the adults or for someone wanting to get away & have some quiet time to read a book or take a nap.

Now for the outdoors. Out the front there's a fire pit to enjoy on those cooler nights. Out the back there's a basketball ring for kids (and adults) to hone their three point skills. And when coming in from the beach, there's an out door shower. There's no doubt this home has got the lot!

This property is advertised as being pet friendly. It has a full fenced yard however the lowest area of fencing is approx 1100mm. If your pet is subject to jumping or digging under fences it is not recommended you book the property. At the rear of the house there is an undercover area with 2 x per beds which guests are welcome to use.

Barnbougle Lost Farm Golf Resort or Barnbougle Dunes Golf Links courses, are only a short 10 minute drive from the home. In no time, you'll be teeing off and enjoying these world class golf courses. Set amongst a truly breathtaking back drop, you can do a round of golf, then come home to relax in this very comfortable home.

Bridport is approx. 85km North-East of Launceston and approx. 280km North of Hobart. If you love walking in nature, then you're in for a real treat. There are many bush & beach walks around Bridport. And let's not forget that Derby & The Blue Derby mountain bike trails are approx. 55km away.
