This stylish, cosy three bedroom cottage, will have you booking all your future Bridport holidays, for sure! The cottage is ideally set up for relaxation & beachside modern comfort. Offering an open plan kitchen/living space, which flows out to two other outdoor living spaces. Yes that's right, two other living spaces.

The front undercover outdoor entertaining space, is set up for outdoor dining with a Weber Q bbq, a bench bar area & then a lounge area, all with water views. The rear outdoor space is also undercover & protected from the weather, also set up with an outdoor lounge & chairs. This outdoor space also has the laundry facilities. Plus there's a private outdoor shower, to wash off the sandy days activities.

The three bedrooms comprise a spacious main bedroom with queen bed, walk in robe & smart tv. The second bedroom has a double bed, with the third bedroom having a single bed. The kitchen is perfectly equipped to cook up a storm of local Tasmanian produce.

And to also add to the appeal of the cottage, it's pet friendly! There is a dedicated fully secure dog run out the back, along with tennis balls & thrower, dog bowls & even a leash. There's no need to holiday without your beloved pooch, as they're fully catered for to also have a lovely beachside getaway.

If you're wondering about Barnbougle Lost Farm Golf Resort or Barnbougle Dunes Golf Links courses, they are a short 10 minute drive from the cottage. In no time, you'll be teeing off and enjoying these world class golf courses. Set amongst a truly breathtaking back drop, you can do a round of golf, then come home to relax in this very comfortable home.

Bridport is approx. 85km North-East of Launceston and approx. 280km North of Hobart. If you love walking in nature, then you're in for a real treat. There are many bush & beach walks around Bridport. And let's not forget that Derby & The Blue Derby mountain bike trails are approx. 55km away.
