Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Welcome pack. External boot room: With washing machine. Enclosed front garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbeque. Hot tub for 6 (private). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced river in the grounds.. For nature lovers, Cors Caron Nature Reserve offers serene walking trails across boglands, ideal for birdwatching. Venture further afield to Aberaeron, a picturesque harbour town with colourful Georgian houses and fantastic seafood restaurants and stroll around the harbour whilst taking in the sights. Alternatively, head to Llanerchaeron, a National Trust property offering insights into Welsh gentry life and stunning walled gardens.
