    Very basic hotel without working WiFi in the rooms. Not even worth 25% of the money I paid. Basically the only available room in the city so I had to choose it. Also on arrival it turned out they were oversold and had ”forgotten” to close their sales.

    Ang ganda nung accomodation. We book this last aurora fest and all the facilities are good ang luwag sa kwarto and kumpleto lahat plus may free shuttle pa sila ang baet ng mga staff

    The staff are very nice and easy to talk to. Our room is clean and has nice aura sabi nag ng friend walang bakas ng kahapon 😅😄The location is good. Highly recommended.

    Had the worst time here, me and my friends booked 3 rooms and upon arriving only 1 room was available. Staff said they weren’t able to close the agoda booking resulting to overbooking. We had to wait for them to do something to get the 2 other rooms. We were already tired since we came from Manila. They gave us 205, 201, and 101. Room 201 AC was not enough to keep the room cool due to the size we had to turn on the fan too. The sink is broken and water won’t go down. Room 101 had the same AC issue, room and CR was very smelly since the staff uses the CR there. Room also has a bunch of kitchenware because it seems it was originally a stock room and they just converter it to a room for that night. There was a microwave in all 3 rooms but all were useless it turns on but doesnt heat food. Bed sheets had a lot of lint which transferred to our dark clothes. The only good thing about this place is the size since it’s like an apartment. They also offered complimentary breakfast due to the issue but apparently the breakfast is only for 1 person. Even confronted them about it since the room is good for 2 pax but only 1 person can eat? They said that’s how it is. Take your money elsewhere
