    I stayed at the Rio ago and was happy. But in the last year new management took over and have made too many very bad changes. There is currently no mobile or kiosk check-in available. You have no choice but to wait on a long line at the front desk... if the new computer system works. One night I came back to the hotel at 11pm and there was a lone of about 250 guests waiting to check-in because the computers had gone down. They had been waiting for hours with no assistance. Cuts gave been made to cleaning staff as well. One day my room was not serviced until after 6pm. It looks like there gave been even cuts to Security staff on the casino floor. I saw undesirable characters - drug addicts - camped out like it was a freeway underpass. It really felt unsafe to walk through the Casino floor. Until changes are made I would not currently recommend staying here.
