All Drivers must be over the age of 21. Drivers must provide valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance. To drive the golf cart, non-US driver license holders are required to pay an additional $25 per day instead of providing vehicle insurance. The golf cart $25 fee is per golf cart, not per driver. This cost covers the extra insurance required.

Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. Our family of 5 had a great week long stay in Anna Maria. Seabreeze properties were responsive and checked in multiple times before and during our stay. They immediately addressed and questions or issues we had about the property. Our rental property had a couple minor issues that popped up during our stay, and they were quick to reach out and find a solution. We hope to be back soon!

We had a great stay at our SeaBreeze vacation rental. The house was spectacular. The entire process from booking to checkout was made extremely easy by SeaBreeze. We are looking forward to booking our next stay with them.

Loved Dreamweaver. The pool, jacuzzi, facilities. The villa itself was beautiful. Very clean, and had every mod con you could ask for. The teens loved the mini golf and beat us everytime at bean bag toss! Great location too. Golf cart was such fun. 🤩

Dream Weaver was one of the best homes we've ever rented for a family getaway. It offered every amenity imaginable to entertain both kids and adults. The house was just minutes from the beach by foot and a quick golf cart ride away from anything on the island. Additionally, it was beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back!
