This spacious home offers beautiful ocean views from the upstairs level and is nestled on a large double block surrounded by a lush native garden. Enjoy evenings around the built-in sandstone seating area and fire pit, where you can unwind under the stars in a serene, peaceful setting.
Ideally located, it’s just a leisurely stroll to Sandy Gully Beach, scenic clifftop walks, the local art gallery, and charming shops, making it easy to explore the best of Aireys Inlet.
Upstairs, the open-plan living area is perfect for relaxing and entertaining, with a fully equipped kitchen featuring an induction stove, a dining space, and a cozy lounge area. Three inviting bedrooms and a bathroom complete this level. Downstairs, you'll find a fourth bedroom, a combined bathroom and laundry, and a second living area with a fun table tennis table—ideal for family or group activities.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules” . Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Great Ocean Road Holidays
The house was really lovely, exactly as it was depicted in the photos, very roomy and more than spacious enough for 8 to sleep very comfortably in. The place has quite a secluded feel and there is a great view of the ocean. Walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and local pub. It was easy to pick up and drop off the key and all questions were answered promptly. Definitely recommend this place to stay in.
