Featuring a master bedroom suite with a king bed, a guest bedroom with 2 full beds, 1 full bathroom on the 2nd level. The main level offers the kitchen, dining space, living room and a half bath. This unit is equipped to host 6 people comfortably! Enjoy making some delicious meals on the propane grill provided. Worked well for our 2month stay , only real draw back next year need place with ocean view , need step stool to reach higher selves & microwave , & a couple new skillets , otherwise Navarre Beach was quiet and alway felt safe .

We had a nice stay! Place was clean and pretty, spacious too! Not far from beach at all and parking was in front of our room.

The property is showing signs of age. Windows have rotting around the sill, rugs look dirty as well as the carpet. Bedroom furniture does not have a beach feel Table on the patio was broken.
We had to call the property managers 2 times. Once for a stopped up drain in the bathtub and another for a malfunction of the keyless entry. Both of these items were taken care of quickly.
As prices increase, expectations of the property increase as well. From a customer...remember it's the details that make a difference. Sugar Beach is a great place to stay and hope to see some updating to keep great customers returning.
